Roles & ResponsibilityFacilitating of interior design sales and services, from conceptualisation through to completion.

• Attend client briefing and site assessments
• Develop conceptual design for potential clients
• Propose, design and present concepts to potential clients
• Preparation of design quotations and estimates
• Plan and coordinate project, client progress updates
• Liaise with relevant vendors and suppliers
• Proper documentation and handing over of completed projects
• Manage project budget and cost

Candidate Requirements

• No minimum education level
• Diploma / Degree in design discipline is an ADVANTAGE
• PREFERABLY 1 - 2 years experience in interior design sales role
• Candidates with ZERO EXPERIENCE are also WELCOME TO APPLY

• Responsible, ability to multi-task, able to work independently
• Positive and cheerful character and good working attitude
• Excellent sales communication skills
• Possesses excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work as a team and as an individual
• Positive and eager to learn
• High stress level tolerance
• Neat and tidy
• Outspoken

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in drawing software is an ADVANTAGE
• Scope of work will require certain level of communication with Mandarin speaking clients
