Job Scope

Understand client\xe2\x80\x99s goals and requirements and prepare design proposal, with good inspiration, storyline, references, including detailed AutoCAD drawings.
Pitch creative ideas
Propose the use of furniture, lightings, furnishings and other fixtures, to blend in with the correct colour schemes and styles.
Travel to job sites with team members or team leader to understand site conditions and facilitate design works.
Collaborate with team members to bring projects to fruition by participating in procurement, coordination with third parties and accessorizing.

Requirements:

An eye for design, including colour, and good 3D awareness
Time management and multitasking abilities
Good drawing and IT skills
Diploma/Degree in interior design or architecture
At least 3 to 4 years experiences in design, drafting, and detailing works for show flat, residential or hospitality design

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm), Saturday (9am \xe2\x80\x93 1pm) Alt
Working Location: Joo Seng Rd, Tai Seng
