Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/Interior Design
- Position Title: Interior Designer/Interior Sales Designer
- Working Location: Changi South
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
- Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Meeting with clients to discuss design objectives, project budgets, and client\'s preferences.
- Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics, and layouts for the project.
- Selecting and specifying materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
- Creating detailed drawings and 3D renderings of the design using software.
- Regularly communicating with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Ensuring the final design is functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meets all safety standards and regulations.
- Site supervision and project coordination.
- Schedule workflow to meet customer\'s move-in date.
- Work closely with subcontractor and supplier to ensure project work smoothly.
- At least 2 years of related working experience doing Interior Designing.
- Comfortable with working on weekends/OT (depending on projects).
