RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and produce shop drawings, as-built drawings and/or construction drawings in accordance to project requirements Review, clarify and amend the drawings/plan provided by clients/consultants Ensure that the drawings required are completed on-time Ensure accuracy and compliance in the drafting process Responsible to match drawing and measurement to actual installation at project site Attend site meetings and/or conduct site measurements Provision of accurate cut list for purchase of materials and to inspect purchases material delivered to project site Responsible for timely submission of weekly progress report To work with other teams to ensure the smooth execution of the project Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by ManagementREQUIREMENTS AutoCAD knowledge and well versed is a Must. Adobe Illustrator/Sketch-Up knowledge and well versed will be an advantage Knowledge in other designing software will be an advantage Professional Cert/ Diploma/ Degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Interior Design or any other related field Preferably to have 1-2years in drafting experience with strong analytical skill Ability to speak and write English and Chinese (for handling English and Chinese speaking associates) Able to work independently with responsibility to meet tight deadline. Meticulous with attention to details. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned. Result driven with a can-do attitude. Meticulous and organised Both gender may apply
