RESPONSIBILITIES



Prepare and develop drawings and details for preliminary, construction, and as-built stages using AutoCAD Create schedules and drawing lists for proper documentation and record-keeping. Stay updated with the latest drafting technologies and software to maintain strong technical competency Produce detailed drawings and technical specifications for elevations, materials, masonry, ironmongery, millwork, carpentry, and fitting-out works, from initial sketches to final outputs Support the design team by clarifying design details to the construction team or subcontractors when required Provide assistance with general and ad-hoc drafting tasks in AutoCAD as needed. Support general drafting tasks and produce drawings from SketchUp files Possess knowledge of M&E/MEP drafting and ISO 9001 standards will be considered an advantage

REQUIREMENTS



Relevant certification in Interior Design, Architecture, M&E, or a related field with minimum 2 to 5 years of drafting experience, preferably with a strong background in interior construction Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction CAD systems (e.g., CP 83 standard). Proficient in SketchUp and M&E design will be an advantage Strong teamwork orientation with a proactive, positive attitude Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams * Organized, detail-oriented, and systematic in documentation and workflow
