Job Description
& Requirements Job Responsibilities:
- Possess strong aesthetic sensibilities and good understanding of design (image composition, proportion, materials, details, furniture and fixtures).
- Proficient in producing photorealistic renderings from scratch.
- Flexibility in handling multiple projects.
- Collaborate with interior creative team to produce high standard images that are within client constraints and deadlines.
- Proactively explores new tools and techniques to provide innovation and raise standards of the rendering workflow.
- Manage work under tight schedule and complete on time.
- Self-motivated, responsible and team player.
- Demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Computer Graphics, or 3D related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 Years of working experience in corporate office interior design or relevant field is required for this position.
- Detailed-oriented, resourceful with a strong work ethic.
Skill(s):
- High competency in 3D Max, Photoshop, V-Ray and Lumion, Sketch-up.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD.
- Proficient in 3D modelling, texturing, lighting and rendering for both hard surface and organic forms.
