Job Description

We are collaborating with an international design-led architecture and interior practice recognised for its holistic approach to urban, commercial, and transport-oriented developments. The studio is seeking an Intermediate Architect to join its Singapore team.
This role is ideal for an architect with minimum 4 years of professional experience who is skilled in both design development and project delivery. You will work across concept design, documentation, and coordination stages, contributing to the realisation of complex, high-profile architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and documentation of large-scale architectural projects across commercial, mixed-use, and transport sectors
- Translate conceptual ideas into detailed, buildable design solutions
- Prepare drawings, models, and technical documentation in collaboration with design and consultant teams
- Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, and external consultants to ensure integrated project outcomes
- Support project leaders through various design phases, including authority submissions and tender documentation
- Participate in design reviews and presentations to communicate ideas effectively
- Conduct site coordination and ensure design integrity throughout construction
Key Requirements
- 4-8 years of professional architectural experience, preferably with exposure to complex mixed-use or public projects
- Degree in Architecture from a recognised institution
- Strong design and technical capability, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp; Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite are advantageous
- Understanding of local codes, regulations, and submission processes
- Ability to coordinate across disciplines and manage multiple project deliverables
- Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills
- Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
