Support in the administration of client accounts, including updating project management systems, scheduling meetings and creating meeting agendas and contact reports.
Assist in preparing background research and materials to support client strategies and project plans.
Help prepare proposal documents, presentations, and client onboarding materials.
Support colleagues in monitoring timelines and updating project trackers.
Participate in brainstorming sessions by contributing ideas and supporting creative concept development.
Assist in coordinating logistics with suppliers (e.g partner agencies and service providers) under the direction of client services colleagues.
Contribute to project performance reports by gathering data and inputting into templates.
