Specific Role Responsibilities:
- Assist AM Engineer to develop additive manufacturing parameters for aircraft components. Identify problems, define objectives, risk assessment, develop methodology, analyze test results, and provide recommendations
- Hands on experience in any Additive manufacturing process
- Assist in metallurgy characterization, mechanical and chemical analysis for printed parts.
- Assist in post processing task such as heat treatment and wire-cut process.
- Diploma in Mechanical/Material/Aerospace Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous at work
- Must be hands-on and work well within the team
- Proficient in software like Solidwork, NX, Ansys Discovery 3D Simulation, Magic
- Experience in topology optimization of 3D printed parts is a plus.
