Get to know the Role As part of GrabAds' Regional Sales team, you will support Key Account Management teams that work across leading advertising agencies across SEA. You will assist and support in: Training and enablement programs for key agencies Cross-functional initiatives that involve industry leads, marketing, research teams from both regional & country teams. The Day-to-Day Activities: As an Agency Program Planner , you will work with Regional Agency Partner on the following: Support in the creation of training and sales collaterals Support in project management (scheduling, coordinating) of the delivery of our agency training & enablement initiatives Ensuring necessary follow-ups with advertisers, partners, or internal cross-functional teams Learning Objectives : End to End Understanding of GrabAds Ecosystem and Digital Marketing Consumer Journey Building Effective Campaign Strategies and Enablement Frameworks Effective project management and event planning Internal and External Stakeholder Management The Must-Haves: Available full time for the period of the internship Team player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast-paced environment Degree in Business Administration with focus on Marketing, Media or Communications Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders Proficient in productivity and data analysis tools (Word, Excel, Slides, Docs, Sheets, other sales CRM tools) Prior experience in working with Digital Marketing, Media Sales, Advertisers or Media Agencies preferred Other Desirable Skills: Be curious and able to apply this curiosity in a practical manner. Have an innate sense of the right questions and measures of success for each situation Be cognizant of business realities and comfortable with a constant state of organized chaos (A Reality in our Trade) Having an entrepreneurial itch to champion business-building initiatives for the agency and clients Desirable 4H Attributes: Humility - Has a strong sense of one's strengths and weaknesses and looks to constantly pursue to turn weakness into strength. Hunger - Exhibit a strong desire to learn and grow.
