Job Description
Internship Scope (Duties & Responsibilities)
- To support Changeover Cleanings Campaigns from the end of production to start of campaign\xe2\x80\x99s start-up. Also, to track the equipment changeover cleaning in accordance with Quality and EHS standards until completion and release of the equipment to Production.
- Involve in both quality and safety related manufacturing issues (QARs/IRSs) to identify, implement and monitor technical solutions for Cleaning issues.
- Proactively monitor, identify, develop, and implement improvements in equipment Changeover cleaning to improve the RFT and changeover time.
- Experience cGMP and GDP practices in pharmaceutical industries
- Gain knowledge in safety and quality standards
- Learn various equipment functions
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, understand, and forecast the impact
- Apply people skills and teamwork
- Coordinate with other cross-function teams
- Develop good communication skills, including verbal, written and graphical representation
- Engineering background is preferred
- Creative and innovative
- Willing to lead in projects
- Able to work with team
- Independent and motivated to self-learning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
