- Learning about what Nalco Water business is about
- Development of total value projects for customers
- Ecolab 3D Project (Digitalization Journey)
- Exposure and learning about sustainability in Light Industry
- Build up experience on Cooling towers, Boilers, Water Recycling, Sustainability Framework
- Develop sales and technical competencies
- Good communication skills
- Organizational and collaboration skills
- Able to lead/influence without authority
