Intern / Assistant to Financial Consultant (Fully Remote)

INTERNSHIP/ASSISTANT ROLE

As a Financial Advisor Intern/assistant, you\'ll embark on a rewarding experience, closely guided by our experts, to unlock the secrets of the financial advisory industry. You\'ll play a crucial role in various aspects of a financial consultant\'s day-to-day engagements. You will receive personalized coaching and mentoring throughout your journey. Here\'s what you may be involved in: * Systemizing and Tracking Policy Claims and Renewals:

• Learn the ins and outs of policy claims and renewals, contributing to efficient and accurate records management.
• With expert guidance, set up a system to track policy statuses, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients and insurance providers.
• Client Follow-up Tracking System:

• Develop and implement a tracking system to foster strong client relationships and keep our services top of mind.
• Benefit from essential communication and relationship-building skills while catering to our clients\' diverse financial needs.
• Research and Articles on Financial Matters:

• Dive into in-depth research on various financial topics and craft engaging articles to enlighten our valued clients.
• Refine your writing prowess and share valuable financial insights with our eager audience.
• General Insurance Business Opportunities:

• Collaborate to identify promising business opportunities in the general insurance sector.
• Acquire the art of understanding client needs and tailoring effective insurance solutions with mentorship by your side.
• Market and Promote Investment Linked Products:

• Identify profitable investment products for both the clients\' and your benefit
• Develop marketing strategies and generate leads to promote key products

This role is ideal for individuals who are about to or already pursuing the required licenses (i.e. relevant SCI exams, including M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A and HI) to practice in Singapore. Coaching will be provided to ace these certifications.

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing education relating to this industry (ideally diploma and above)
• Genuine interest in the financial advisory industry and an unwavering passion to help clients achieve financial success.
• Excellent organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Effective communication and writing abilities, with a flair for engaging content creation.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and contribute.
