Intern, Business Development (Start-Up Entity)
Job Purpose
Reporting to the CEO, the Business Development Intern will focus on lead generation and sourcing for partnership and sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Analyse market trends, the start-up’s strategies and competitors to identify potential areas of growth
- Create and present new ideas to add value to our products/services
- Anticipate market trends and study consumer behaviour to create viable solutions
- Support the search for potential business partners to enhance growth and increase customer reach
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Work Experience
Pursuing a diploma/bachelor’s in business or related fields
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Self-starter, able to work independently and cope with tight deadlines
- Well versed with MS Office
- Possesses a positive attitude and an appetite for learning
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
