Job Summary

Internship Projects and Accountability:

Test Engineer (Internship)

• Assist and learn from professionals to setup manufacturing test solutions including hardware and software, validate product testing, integrate to shop floor system and documenting the test procedure.
• Monitor tester performance, product yield, tester maintenance schedule and equipment and / or product failure root cause analysis.

Manufacturing Engineer (Internship)

• Assist and learn from professionals to setup manufacturing assembly or integration process flow, assembly procedures, assembly tool / fixture requirements and integration to shopfloor.
• Manage tool preventive maintenance schedule, Maintenance procedure, drive assembly cycle time optimization etc.
• Write and update work instructions and other documents (e.g. procedures,\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Analyzes and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.

Automation Engineer (Internship)

• Assist and learn from professionals manufacturing engineers to conceptualize manufacturing process to an automated solution, leverage Industry 4.0 technologies
• Manage and maintain automation solutions, program fine tuning, troubleshooting errors etc
• Write and update work instruction for operation and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate students, majored in, but not limited to Robotics, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Automation Engineering
• Proficient in CAD software\xe2\x80\x8b
• Proficient in numerical analysis and coding with Matlab /Python\xe2\x80\x8b/C++
• Enthusiastic with hands on work and building new products\xe2\x80\x8b
• Participate a 6-month internship
