Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres.You will be supporting the Community Development team in operational and marketing activities at Techplace II.ResponsibilitiesConduct onsite viewing and onboarding of new membersPrepare quotation, agreement, and follow-up with prospect enquiriesDesign artwork and content creation for social marketingDaily operational activities for the coworking spaceAssist in event planning and execution of community events or networking sessions for membersPerform any other ad hoc duties as assignedRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplinesProficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CanvaDetail-orientated individual that is able to multitask and deliver work on time and accuratelyPossess good customer service skills and enjoy meeting new people and planning events for the communityClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
