We advise senior management / Board members on transactions across the capital structure to meet fundraising objectives and execute on company\xe2\x80\x99s most strategic corporate actions.Your work environmentThe DCA Asia Pacific team of 6, operates from 2 strategic locations, namely Singapore (4 professionals) and Hong Kong (2 professionals). DCA further consists of c.44 professionals in total across Amsterdam, Brussels, Madrid, Germany, New York, Singapore and Hong Kong, and also part of a global platform that comprises of 200 Corporate Finance professionals in total. Involved in high profile deals with significant internal and public exposure. DCA global network is strong, providing an excellent springboard for international growth. DCA is often product neutral externally to the client, and internally as the \xe2\x80\x98spider in the web\xe2\x80\x99 coordinator for multi-product transactions, in close cooperation with the relationship manager, sector and product teams.Duties and responsibilitiesPreparing complex financial models \xef\x82\xa7 Doing industry, (implied) ratings profiles and peer group analysisPreparing pitch books regarding integrated debt, equity financing solutions and valuationAssisting in financial analysis and contributing to credit applications for leveraged or structured financing transactionsAssisting and analysing due diligence information and review transaction documentationContributing to execution across all afore-mentioned transactions and / or productsEngaged with others departments/disciplines, such as Corporate Clients, Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Syndications, DCM, Financial Markets and etc.What are the skill and qualification requirements of the role?Qualification backgroundBanking, Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or relevant disciplines may applyGood academic gradesFluent in English and preferably also in Mandarin given a large client base in Greater ChinaRelevant experience in corporate finance, banking and finance roles, or from the accounting firms, would be an added advantage Competencies:Financial and modelling skillsExcellent analytical skillsTrue team playerAccuracy and high quality orientationEntrepreneurial mindsetAmbitiousNeed more information?
