Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
To assist IT engineer with administrative IT System ,Network & user support Job scope for Company Infrastructure & Helpdesk.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the system/network daily logging, security patching and tracking of incident reports.
- Managing the daily operations of the service desk
- Experience and hands-on on managing & administrative on Linux OS and cloud platform.
- Provides system/network technical solutions and training materials to end users.
- Take on new special projects assigned by the Manager.
\xe2\x96\xaa Polytechnic/ Undergraduate degree students in Information Technology / Computer Science.
\xe2\x96\xaa Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve desktop, email, server and network issues.
\xe2\x96\xaa Ability to initiate corrective and proactive actions.
\xe2\x96\xaa Experience in basic Network equipment such as Router, Firewall , Switch, Wireless LAN etc.
\xe2\x96\xaa Experience in Window Server, Linux and Cloud platform configuration and troubleshooting.
\xe2\x96\xaa Experience in technical support and assistance to end-users or customers within an organisation.
\xe2\x96\xaa Experience in working in a cross-functional team.
JOB-RELATED SKILLS
- Diagnose, troubleshooting and provide a resolution for helpdesk tickets submited by users.
- Maintenance of basic network / Server related area such as DNS,DHCP, Active Directory,server storage and backup software etc.
- Network performance and troubleshooting.
- Desktop, Laptop, Workstation & Server set up, installation and troubleshooting.
- Able to write script to enhance Network/Server performance and control will be added advantage.
- Good EQ and tactful at providing Service support to users of all levels.
- Ability to work as a team member, and to collaborate with others to help resolve challenges.
