JOB PURPOSE

In Kyowa Kirin Asia Pacific, CSR is a broad business concept that describes our commitment to conducting our business in an ethical way.
We are calling candidate(s) who would like to pursue compliance profession to be part of the Regional CSR team to support our Regional Headquarter and its affiliates on CSR related matters, including compliance, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, risk management related matters.
The selected candidate will be tasked to embark on project(s) that will help and support the business navigate through complexities and provide timely education, advice and solutions on CSR related matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Support Regional CSR Manager to provide affiliates in Asia Pacific with advisory on relevant pharmaceutical codes and practices and internal rules
b) Part of Regional Testing and Monitoring team to conduct testing and investigations
c) Support Regional CSR Manager to implement digital transformation initiatives. For example, making use of MS Forms to gather feedback/collect data inputs from stakeholders, analyse, develop and implement automated tools to support business process or decision making process
d) Support Regional CSR Manager on any other initiative from time to time
