What the role is:Cybersecurity Public Education and Outreach CSA\'s 5th national Cybersecurity Campaign was launched in end September 2023 with the objectives of addressing the following: (i) Awareness - To heighten awareness of the importance of cybersecurity and steps that one should take to protect oneself from cyber threats and scams. (ii) Adoption - To encourage adoption by equipping our target audiences with knowledge of our Cyber Tips (iii) Attitude - To impress upon our target audiences that cyber threats and scams are real and anyone can be a victim if precautions are not taken To further amplify our key messages on cybersecurity, we partner with public and private organisations partners to co-develop content and to leverage their platforms to reach out to their users. To test the reach and effectiveness of our public education efforts, we also run campaign-related surveys and cybersecurity awareness surveys. Beyond our target audiences of students, working adults and seniors, our public education outreach also includes social service agencies (SSAs).What you will be working on:The scope will include but not limited to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the Campaign and Partnership team on ongoing and new initiatives with partners. This includes physical roadshows and digital marketing \xe2\x80\xa2 For campaign-related and Public Awareness Survey, assist the team in the analysis of key findings consolidated from our research vendor \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with CSA ambassadors to conduct cybersecurity talks for SSAs This includes preparing presentation materials, script, logistic and administrative support, consolidation of feedback responses \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide secretariat support for meetings such as visitor registration, taking notes of minutes " Training provide \xe2\x80\xa2 The candidate will be attached to the campaign and partnerships team \xe2\x80\xa2 The candidate will shadow the respective project leads in the beginning to understand the nature of work and requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 This includes presentation to partners on our campaign and public education efforts, working with partner agencies such as Singapore Police Force and National Council of Social Service. \xe2\x80\xa2 The candidate will also be exposed to the department\'s other areas such as outreach and digital marketing communications.What we are looking for:Application Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Undergraduate in Arts/Social Sciences/Communications \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite \xe2\x80\xa2 Good verbal, writing and organisational skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good project management \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of multi-channel communications and mew media trends \xe2\x80\xa2 Thrive in a fast paced environment Internship Perio Minimum 3 months or more. 6 months preferred.
