The Education & Community Outreach (ECO) division at the National Heritage Board (NHB) promotes the awareness of and engagement on heritage with stakeholders. We strive to spark an interest in and encourage greater exploration and ownership of Singapore\'s heritage amongst Singaporeans. The division is looking to hire a candidate who has a keen interest in Education and Outreach.What you will be working onBe part of a team that conceptualises and implements signature heritage education programmes that cater to students from primary to tertiary levels. This includes signature programme such as the Museum-based Learning Programme at NHB museums and institutions.Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including museum educators, teachers, relevant government agencies and industry partners on the development and implementation of Museum-based Learning programme.Lead the coordination of Museum-based Learning across museums, heritage institutions and community galleries within National Heritage Board to ensure smooth implementation of the programme.Collaborate with vendors in supervising the recruitment, training, evaluation and management of museum educators engaged in the Museum-based learning programme.Foster strong relationship with stakeholders and facilitate regular updates and communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the enhancement and maintenance of BookMuseum.sg portal, a portal that allows schools to book NHB education programmes.Manage and track KPI reports, project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.Participate in internal and/or cross divisions projects as and when requiredWhat we are looking forBackground in Education, Business, Marketing or Arts & Social SciencesPreferably at least 3 years of experience in designing educational programmesApplicants with no working experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager positionStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholdersExperience in education sector will be an added advantageDynamic, highly driven individual and able to adapt to changing circumstancesResourceful and able to work independently but also as a teaAll applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.About National Heritage Board:The National Heritage Board (NHB) champions the development of a vibrant cultural and heritage sector in Singapore.
