Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.ResponsibilitiesWork with stakeholders from different business units and nature, to elicit business needs through human-centric, visual methods such as service journeys and develop the appropriate business caseEvaluate and recommend suitable technology while aligning with CapitaLand\'s Data & AI technology directions (such as cloud-based, enterprise architecture and modernization of legacy systems, data governance)Identify and adopt the appropriate development methodology (e.g. Agile or Waterfall) in data analytics project(s)Ensure product (Power BI Report/Dashboard) readiness for smooth deployment, adoption and operationsAnalyse impact of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needsIdentify new opportunities for the relevant Business Unit\'s digital transformationAssist with other special and/or ad-hoc projects as requiredRequirementsPreferred studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related disciplinesKnowledge of visualization tool like Microsoft Power BIKnowledge of SQL, DAX and/or Power Query, Python is a bonusExcellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
