Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.You will be assisting the Data & AI team in their day-to-day operations, business-as-usual (BAU) processes and other data-related tasks.ResponsibilitiesBuild a robust and scalable Enterprise Data Platform for batch/real-time data processing and machine learning modelDevelop data processing pipelines for ingestion, modelling, analysis, mining and reporting with SQL, Spark, Python, etcSolve technical challenges posted to the Enterprise Data Platform in huge volume, velocity, and business complexityCollaborate with CapitaLand\xe2\x80\x99s infrastructure, Business Analysts, and the Data Science team for data engineering support and development/deployment of machine learning modelsSupport data management projects and perform additional data-related tasks as requiredRequirementsPreferred studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronical Engineering, or related disciplinesStrong programming experience in SQL, Python, or JavaPossess a strong willingness to learn on the job continuously, embracing new and varied technologies that are centred around all aspects of data managementGood to have knowledge on Microsoft stack of analytics products (SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Warehouse, Integration Services, Power BI)Experience with Hadoop, Hive and Spark will be advantageousGood collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams and partner with business stakeholdersClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
