You will be working closely with the Digital Experience team to assist with the migration and revamp of various system as assigned.

Responsibilities

Assist regression testing for applications during UAT/go-live preparation

Coordinate and track project matrixes and follow up with action parties

Update WIKI systems used in the day-to-day operation and capture technical/process notes

Assist in provisioning/troubleshooting user access to business users who need access via iGrow

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Preferred studies in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or any other related disciplines

Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task

Ability to run regression testing or have experience doing so in school projects

Any background in website/app creation using content management tools is a bonus
