You will be assisting the Digital International team in the upcoming hospitality and lodging projects.

Responsibilities

Assist in requirement-gathering sessions, including user journey mapping, and facilitating workshops

Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders of CapitaLand such as vendors and business users

Assist IT project managers in project delivery and/or vendor management

Be involved in systems implementations such as user access matrix, periodic reviews, and support meetings, technology evaluation and assessments

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Currently studying for a Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, or any other related disciplines

Adept in project planning

Possess good written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented and meticulous

Independent and keen to learn
