Responsibilities

Participate, contribute and gain an in-depth understanding on the implementation of digital solutions

Support in project management such as business user requirements, detailed project plans, milestones, issues, and resolution management

Facilitate between the service provider and business users on the User Acceptance Test (UAT) test plan, timeline and oversee UAT progress

Assist the project manager in conducting functional, user experience, compatibility, and security tests of existing and new systems

Understand the solution architecture of various systems and assist the project manager in ensuring the workability of the vendors proposed solution

Learn and manage project change requests

Provide post-implementation user support

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Preferred studies in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or any other related disciplines

Collaborative team player with good communication skills

Possesses strong logical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail

Capable of multitasking and effectively prioritizing tasks
