Intern Employee Communications & Engagement (3 Months Contract)
Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:As our intern, you will partner with our stakeholders and the team on our various campaigns - these range from business-focused events such as our townhalls to fun activities like our year-end party, lunar new year celebrations, and etc. We are keen for our intern to contribute actively towards the teams goals - from copywriting, creating impactful and eyecatching visuals to event management. This internship will help you acquire hands-on marketing, project management and stakeholder management skills with exposure to cross-border collaboration.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create engaging written, video and image content aligned with campaigns and organizations strategies
- Coordinate dissemination of communication via our internal channels
- Taking ownership of assigned workstream/project where relevant.
- Provide support for employee engagement events
- Current student pursuing either a diploma or bachelors degree in marketing, business or relevant fields
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with design and or market software / tools highly regarded
- Curious, flexible with the willingness to learn (and have some fun along the way!)
