Intern Employee Communications & Engagement (6 Months Contract)
Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:As our intern, you will partner with our stakeholders and the team on our various campaigns these range from business-focused events such as our townhalls to fun activities like our year-end party, lunar new year celebrations, and etc. We are keen for our intern to contribute actively towards the teams goals from copywriting, creating impactful and eyecatching visuals to event management. This internship will help you acquire hands-on marketing, project management and stakeholder management skills with exposure to cross-border collaboration.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create engaging written, video and image content aligned with campaigns and organizations strategies
- Coordinate dissemination of communication via our internal channels
- Taking ownership of assigned workstream/project where relevant.
- Provide support for employee engagement events
- Current student pursuing either a diploma or bachelors degree in marketing, business or relevant fields
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with design and or market software / tools highly regarded
- Curious, flexible with the willingness to learn (and have some fun along the way!)
