The Finance Operations are responsible for capturing, managing and reporting all the financial data for the Marketing business.

• 
  Develop an understanding of the various systems that are used for the reporting process e.g. SAP, HFM, Aspect, Veslink
• Participate in User Acceptance testing from Beyond Finance transformation and other business improvement projects that are implemented during that period
• Work with various commodities finance teams to support the update of existing standard operating procedures and desktop procedures for finance processes
• Support efforts to clean and improve data quality captured in SAP for Beyond Finance go-live
• Assist the team in meeting their month-end and half year reporting deliverables
• Provide assistance in the preparation of statutory financial statements, tax and other regulatory filings
• Understand how monthly SAP results are mapped and consolidated into HFM and seek opportunities to automate the data upload

Qualifications
Polytechnics students are welcome to apply:

• A Diploma undergraduate in Accounting, or Finance, or Business Studies, or equivalents
• Team player with strong leadership potential.
• Ability to see the “Big Picture’ and take an objective view.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• High organisational skills, able to prioritise and work effectively to meet deadlines.
• Can do attitude and a strong ability to learn
