Position Overview
As a Food and Beverage Trainee, you will have the ability to run the operations. The individual strives to provide our guests with the highest customer service, while ensuring procedures and protocols are fully followed. Attention to detail will be crucial to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience which will see them returning again and again.
The Role
A. Monitor Food and Beverage Services * Leading service operations
- Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge
- Maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in service operations
- Supervising a team of captains
- Conducting basic training and ensure Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to
- Wine knowledge or experience in wine service will be favorable considered
- Individuals who are driven and organized
