As a GenAI initiative team member, you will work closely with our experienced IT professionals and engineers to explore, build and implement assets and processes related to Generative AI. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment and contribute to enhancing the overall AI ecosystem at Bosch.Attending this internship will be an appealing and challenging experience that will provide you with deep insights into the exciting interplay of business and IT, and be part of a dynamic, fast paced, and multicultural team.Your responsibilities:

• Research & Exploration: Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to stay current with the latest advancements in Generative AI, especially with a focus on AI Trustworthiness. Analyze existing research papers, articles, and technical reports to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the field. In addition, provide support with Proof of Concepts and study activities.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain clear and concise documentation, including best practices, FAQs, and detailed technical documentation of research methodologies, experiments, and results. Present research findings to the team and contribute to the preparation of thought papers, internal blogs and articles.
• Stay Informed: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in cloud technology, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve evangelism efforts.
• Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns and communicate this feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement. Participate in team meetings, research discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Advocacy: Encourage the adoption of Generative AI and Trustworthy AI practices within the organization.
• AI Evangelism and Community Engagement: Act as a passionate advocate for AI technology and practices and regularly exchanging with teams. Actively participate in forums, discussion groups, and internal media platforms to engage with the AI community and share insights about Generative AI. Organize and host events to foster a community of generative AI enthusiasts and practitioners. Respond to inquiries and provide support to community members interested in generative AI.

• Passion for AI and a desire to share knowledge and inspire others.
• Bachelor/Master student in one of these: Computer Engineering or other similar interdisciplinary courses
• Familiar with AI concepts, models, and applications.
• Good to have knowledge on cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, GCP etc.
• Experience with public speaking and presentations
• Familiarity with social media management, community engagement or advocacy roles
• Strong ability to work in a team and actively analyzing and suggesting innovative ideas to solve problems
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships within the AI community.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English

• Only candidate who is able to commit to a 5-6 months internship will be considered.
• Candidate who can start from September 2024 onwards.
