Job Description
What the role is:
The intern will be attached to Learning Futures Group (LFG).
What you will be working on:
- Research and explore GenAI tools for L&D, identify potential use cases, and evaluate the suitability of existing tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organise brown bag sessions and sandbox sessions to facilitate cross-sharing and experimentation of GenAI tools among officers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop resource(s) post brown bag/ sandbox session(s) to consolidate use cases and best practices of GenAI tools for L&D.
- Strong research and analytical skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong graphic design skills to create visually appealing and engaging resources \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and collaboration skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team \xe2\x80\xa2 Interest in L&D and a willingness to learn about new technologies and tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with programming languages such as Python or R (optional) Availability: May - Aug
