Job Duties:

Support and assist to develop and implement programs and activities for youths.
Coordinate, prepare, organize & implement programs for China and Singapore such as immersion trips, internship, exchange programs and local learning journey for youth.
Provide support and guidance to youth members
Ensure all operations adhere to organizational & functional policy & SOPs and records & reports are up-to-date, accurate and properly maintained.

Others:

Effectively strong in English and Mandarin, in verbal communication, reading, writing, and with good proficiency in proofreading.
Knowledge and interest in Singapore - China developments and passionate about youth development programs and activities.
Comfortable with software applications/online applications - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), Photoshop, Canva, other EDM software/app will be an advantage
