The Group Customer Experience and Advocacy (GCEA) team works closely with all functions across the Group to ensure that through our customer-centric approach and consistent practice, our customers will feel that they can count on us, grow with us, recommend us to their family and friends and experience our culture of trust that helps us stand out in the industry.

As an intern with the team, you will:

• Participate in the annual FEAT Attestation exercise that requires model owners to perform the model materiality assessment and attest that they have complied with the MAS FEAT principles.
• Perform independent data ethics validation on AIDA models to ensure that they have properly considered data ethics from both internal processes and customers\' point of view.

• Acquire an understanding of how banks use AI models to make business decisions/ detect fraud/ predict outcomes etc.
• Acquire an understanding of MAS FEAT principles and how they are applied to AI models to ensure that the bank Bank\'s business directions and ethical standards, while complying with MAS principles to promote fairness, ethics, accountability and transparency (FEAT).
• Opportunities to learn interpersonal and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced working environment.

• Currently pursuing a bachelors degree
• Looking for a summer intern with a commitment of 3.5 months
• Analytical skills and some knowledge in AI/ data science will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced working environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
