The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, enjoy working with numbers, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to join a fast-paced team with ample learning opportunities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and validate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly HR analytics reports
  • Play a pro-active role in analyzing HR data, support to assist with queries from stakeholders including liaison with finance, management, regulators, auditors etc
  • Support in new joiner payroll data, such as verification of data
  • Prepare HR announcement materials and engage communication message with employees
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to present HR metrics, trends,
  • Support in coordination of recruitment activities, employee data, onboarding process and buddy program to add value to the employee experience
HR Projects & Others:
  • Support Corporate Social Responsibility, University recruitment, Brown Bag and workshops, Diversity programs, employees\xe2\x80\x99 Annual Health Screening, HR Newsletter etc
  • Draft HR newsletters on a bi-monthly basis
  • Support in daily lunch orders where required
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proficient in handling data and numbers.
  • Strong expertise with MS Excel \xe2\x80\x93 VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Power Query/Pivot.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite \xe2\x80\x93 Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Independent, detail-oriented, goal-oriented, inquisitive, and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView a plus
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including the Singapore Employment Act.
