General Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in enhancing data visualization and reporting capabilities using Power BI. This internship offers an unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR analytics, dashboard development, and data-driven decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of HR dashboards using Power BI. Support data extraction, transformation and loading processes from SAP SuccessFactors into PowerBI. Collaborate with HR team members to understand reporting needs and translate them into visual insights. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in dashboard. Help automate recurring HR reports and improve reporting efficiency. Document dashboard processes and provide user guides or training materials as needed.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Familiarity with Power BI is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Students who can committ minimum 4 months.
