- Support the team in the end to end internship recruitment process such as arrangement of interviews, onboarding, offboarding, etc.
- Assist the team in maintaining and updating content on Ascott career page through the use of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Assist in the coordination and execution of employment engagement initiatives such as pulse surveys, townhalls, employees-centric engagement events, creation of Infographics or internal communications messages to employees
- Assist the team in Brand360 initiatives through preparing HR toolkits, presentations and activities.
- Provide support to the team on special projects when required.
- Currently pursuing Human Resource, Hospitality or related studies.
- Creative and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Self-starter who can identify opportunities to assist and see-through agreed actions
- Excellent team player who is organised and meticulous
