Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres.You will be joining the People Operations/Early Careers team to support the recruitment process for interns, and in general HR administrative work.ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment of internsWork closely with schools and businesses on internship mattersBe the HR point-of-contact for interns, and assist with queries and internship administration mattersWork closely with HR Shared Services to facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and transfer processesAssist in special projects when required, such as process improvement initiatives and coordination of business continuity plansAssist in HR data analysis, reporting, and preparation of presentation decksPerform other ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource, or any other related disciplinesFamiliar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to multi-task and deliver work on time and accuratelyDetail-oriented and meticulousClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
