Drive Asia's energy transition with us! Our Gas & Related Services segment is a key growth engine, delivering reliable and efficient energy to industries and communities across multiple countries. We support Asia's growing energy needs while advancing the shift to a lower-carbon future.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Data Analytics & ReportingMonitor and analyze data for key initiatives, e.g. Individual Development Plans, course evaluation and impact, Balanced Scorecards, and onboarding programs. Assist in preparing dashboards and reports for management review.

2. Communications & EventsCreate communications material for learning and development purpose. Assist in planning and executing HR events and learning programmes.

3. Recruitment SupportParticipate in interview sessions as an observer or co-interviewer. Assist in interview scheduling and candidate communications. Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs in temporary assignments hirings.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Background in Business or equivalent Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
