• Play an active support role in Learning and Development initiatives
• Assist in key areas of trainings
• Event management
• Prepare communication materials
• Work on publicity and engagement strategy for people culture and transformation
• Perform simple data analysis for trainings

• Able to commit for 6 months (full-time internship)
• Degree/Masters holders of any discipline allowed
• Independent learner and proactive problem solver
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
