Responsibilities:
- Monitor the corporate pass bot process and issue corporate passes manually when needed
- Arrange for wreaths/get-well gifts when required
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process for temporary staff members
- Manage special offers on the intranet
- Address and respond to requests regarding ex-staff employee verification
- Perform other ad hoc tasks
- Preferred studies in Business Administration, Human Resource, or any other related disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and deliver work on time
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
