We are seeking candidates with a strong passion for new technologies and advanced manufacturing, as we continue our Industry 4.0 Digitalization journey using technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, robotics, big data analytics and more.Your Role:Support the immigration/work pass administration process for Singapore site.Improve employee experience for immigration administration and HR counter support.Consolidate requirements and design infographic materials to enhance employee awareness about HR operations and related services and for the SGP immigration SharePoint site.Review current SOPs/process flows/documentations for SGP immigration and administration, and housing audit exercise and propose improvements to the existing processes.Manage the end-to-end liaising and coordination with vendor for housing audit exercise for foreign employees in 2024.Manage the backlog for offboarding documents (China) and digitalizing other APAC locations\xe2\x80\x99 Pfiles.Maintain the integrity of the folders and files within HRSS network drives.Administration and contract support for offboarding, extension and conversion of contract, baby vouchers and long service awards.Organize and coordinate HRSS and SGP HR staff engagement activities periodically.Any other adhoc duties as required.Required Qualifications:Degree undergraduate in the fields of Business / HR Management / others.Proficient in MS Office applications.Strong interest in people engagement and love to work in a fast-paced team setting.Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Proactive and keen to be involved in HR projects and events.This internship is intended for students who are seeking a 20-24 weeks full-time credit-bearing program approved by their education institution.
