• Play an active support role in leading HR policies implementation and changes
• Plan and implement employee engagement activities (e.g Sourcing for vendors, designing of communication materials
• Manage and advice employees on work pass and immigration related matters; application, renewal, issuance and appealsAssist in key areas of HR shared service functions; e.g. attending to employees\xe2\x80\x99 queries/requests relating to HR policies, benefits administration, letters preparation
• Provide support on Personnel Marketing (Employer Branding) topics; e.g. LinkedIn content creation, Video editing, Collaterals for Career Fairs and Recruitment Talks
• Assist in key areas of HR shared service functions; e.g. attending to employees\xe2\x80\x99 queries/requests relating to HR policies, benefits administration, letters preparation

Qualifications

• Able to commit for 6 months (full-time internship). Able to start from 1 July 2023.
• Degree/Diploma holders of any discipline allowed
• Proficient in Adobe Premier Pro and Canva will be a plus
• Independent learner and proactive problem solver
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Start Date - Immediate

Eligibility

• Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
• For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student\'s Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
• You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
• You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
• The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.

• For foreign students studying overseas, you must be eligible for the Work Holiday Programme (WHP)
• Between 18 to 25 years old (inclusive) as of date of WHP application
• Undergraduate or graduate from university in Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States
• University recognized by the government of the respective countries)
