Job summary

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will provide support in the day-to-day HR activities of the entire employee lifecycle.

You will gain exposure from working closely with the HR team in HR Operations as well as other HR activities and projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to support the below tasks, but not limited to: -

Manage effectively HR operational duties and periodic review the efficiencies of the work processes;

Supporting talent attraction and employee experience activities; * Support in training related communications and requests for documentation;

• Perform necessary coordination and back-end administrative works involving areas such as memos, requisitions, feedback, evaluations, grants, costing, documents submissions and other processes;

Provide direct support to employees during implementation of HR services, policies and programs; * Perform other ad-hoc duties relating to HR operations and activities as assigned

KEY REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for an intern to join us from July 2023 onwards, for a minimum of 3-6 months commitment.

Please note that this is an internship that may require you to defer from university studies for the period of the assignment. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred.

• Tertiary or Graduate student pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in relevant studies;
• be a strong team player;

Interest and basic knowledge of Wealth Management/Private Banking industry

Have prior experience in Human Resources is an advantage

Have excellent verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal communication skills;

Strong team player who is strategic and yet practical, able to navigate through diverse cultures,

Quick learner who is bright, with good, sound judgment, and mental toughness;

Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills; * Must have legal authorization to work in Singapore and do not require sponsorship for employment visa during the period of internship
