1. Project ManagementPrepare and update project plan, deliverables and KPIsAssist in monitoring and update project progress, changes and requirementsAssist in effectively communication with different stakeholders in a projectAssist in conducting meetings and setting up agendas2. Project Support and TestingParticipate in UAT and OSAT for POC and project commissioningDevelop process and procedures for different project stages (eg: Testing, POC, deployment etc)Develop, maintain and update checklists, procedures and relevant documentation to support project adoption and deploymentConduct study on potential project risks and develop solutions and mitigation planMonitor and develop improvement plans to optimise the workflow on the adoption of projects and POCs3. Contact List and Business CommunicationsDevelop business contact list, including industry partners, SI (System Integrators), incubators and acceleratorsMaintain and update the business contact list and conduct effective studies on new contacts which is relevant to support SingPost\xe2\x80\x99s project developmentReview existing contact lists and work on the areas of improvement and enhancementConduct feasibility studies and mapping for new partners for next generation solutionsDevelop workflow, processes and documentation to support and improve effective business communicationParticipate in technical discussions with external vendors and internal stakeholders4. Continuous Improvement ProgramDevelop and implement Continuous Improvement methodologyDevelop and implement digital solutioning for process improvementRecommend innovative and creative solutions for team sharingImprove and digitise the documentation, processes to optimise business and project developmentRequirementsStudies in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Robotics , Project & Facilities ManagementGoogle Workspace suite of applications (Doc, Sheets, Slides etc)Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel usage and experienceBasic project management software experience
