Job Description
Duties and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support daily troubleshooting of POS issues in HQ and outlet if required.
Monitor and verify data accuracy in the data warehouse on a daily basis.
Assist in data analysis tasks to derive actionable insights.
Assist in creating and maintaining reports or dashboards (opportunity to work on Power BI projects if skills permit).
Document and escalate technical issues to the relevant teams.
Requirements:
On-going development and pursuit of Diploma or degree in IT related field such as information systems etc.
Basic understanding of POS, SQL and M365.
Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is advantageous.
Opportunities for Growth:
Develop practical skills in POS systems, including troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
- Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft tools such as O365, Intune, Power BI and Azure for cloud management, security, and productivity. - Exposure to SD-WAN solutions, specifically Fortinet, to understand network optimization and security.
