Job Description
- Document management policies and procedures
- Standard operating procedure (SOP), procedures, and policy compliance
- Incident and Problem management document
- CA Service Desk configuration item inventory
- IT inventory and statistical reports
- Basic knowledge in PC operations and computer networking.
- Experience in computer operations environment is preferred
Contract length: 3 monthsSalary: $800.00 per monthSchedule:
- Monday to Friday
