In line with its business transformation strategy which is geared toward more digitization of service offering, we are currently looking for a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure Operations. This is a new headcount role that is situated in HQ office, Singapore. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The role of Senior Manager IT infrastructure Operation is to assist VP IT Infrastructure in managing the outsourced vendor service delivery to meet the contractual SLA. Lead the Technical and Operations team to install, configure, upgrade and operate Server solutions, Database and Middleware. Responsible for Capacity, Monitoring, Change, Incident and Problem Management for all systems running on the On-Prem DC and public clouds. Responsible to make sure services delivery meet the business application's Disaster Recovery and Security requirements. Lead and facilitate root cause analysis & implement pro-active measures. Monitor effectiveness of implemented measures. Manage vendors' contracts and performance. JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree holder with minimally 10 years of IT related experience which at least more than 5 years of Microsoft platforms technologies experience Working knowledge of Azure cloud services Possess Azure System Administrator Certification Strong familiarity with Office 365 management Proven knowledge of security fundamentals across Microsoft platforms (Client, Server, Cloud) Possess ITIL Certification Logical and methodological, with good planning & organizational skills. Able to work independently and as a strong team player.
