Job Description

What will you do?

• Working closely with the business to guide requirements in the form of User Stories, as well as working with Project team members to manage project plans to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and goal achievement.
• Manage (Review, Test and Release) on MES Camstar release cycle
• Test new features and functions thoroughly in the test environment before deployment
• Modeling of Product, BOM, Workflow routing, electronic procedures, labels, etc
• Train business users on how to use the MES application
• Support user testing and data migration
• Train the users and provide go-live support
• Resolve user requests and issues in a timely manner. Presenting to the end-user as work progresses and once the incident or request is resolved

How will you get here?

Education

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science discipline. Preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology

Experience

• Gathering and documenting requirements, process mapping skills Experience with MES and IT operation is desirable

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Demonstrated proficiency of written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various levels of stakeholders
• Familiar with IT Software

Learning outcome (at least 3 points):

• Ability to analyse using the Business process and assist in solving a problem with the business stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate multiple options and recommend a solution.
• Ability to communicate, ask questions, validate the requirements with Business stakeholders.
• Ability to capture all requirements intake and documentation write out.
• Able to learn the computer skills like Spreadsheet (Excel, Words), Presentation (PowerPoint), Organise meeting using MS Teams. Able to learn Indutry software, MES - Camstar, Business Object reporting
