As IT Business Partner Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a Global IT team who are responsible for the daily ongoing support of all IT operational aspects on-site (Singapore, China, Japan, Australia). This support includes, O365 and approved Business Software, Remote Manufacturing Applications, Video Conference Facilities, Mobile Devices, monitoring and security applications, personal computers, laptops, printers, and scanners. Daily tasks include Incident Management, Problem and Change Management processes, initial equipment setup and installation, software and hardware troubleshooting, equipment inventory management,and user interfacing About You We’re looking to recruit an IT Business Partner Support Engineer reporting to the Global User Adoption Manager based in London. This is an individual contributor role where you will business partner with local senior leaders in Singapore, China, Japan, and Australia. This is a varied role for a person who has a firm grounding in technology, excellent customer service skills plus excellent communications skills. What You’ll Be Doing

• Have Excellent O365 knowledge and the ability to facilitate and direct end-users to the proper IT Towers
• Ability to identify escalation paths through initial problem identification and appropriate follow-up with IT Towers resulting in expedited case closure.
• Site Contact responsible for All IT Matters.
• Skilled Communicator, KBI Authors, i.e. PR Creation and End-User Communication Contact.
• Accountable for tracking incidents and requests.
• Provide 2nd Line IT Support in a timely manner in line with company SLAs.
• Provide a positive, consistent, and high-quality End-User experience.
• Continuous development through ad-hoc project involvement and engagement.
• Support all Leadership Members
• Assist with Auditing Tasks along with being the owner of all CIs at your support locations
• Support the business on all client-facing aspects of infrastructure including acquisition, configuration installation, and/or relocations of desktops, laptops, printers, security, LAN connectivity, communication devices (iPhone, IPads), swipe card and security cameras, video conferencing facilities, etc.
• Be an extension to other support teams

Location This role is assigned to our APAC head office located in Biopolis, Singapore. What You’ll have

• Degree / Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in 2nd Line Support Experience
• ITIL, PMI Certification is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic thinking and planning
• Nimble LEAN thinking to drive change that enables efficiencies and drives growth
• Excellent understanding of all MS Applications with a focus on O365 Support
